Legal, Privacy & Subscription Policies

1. Terms of Service

By registering an organization on Whatnot Audit, you represent that you are an authorized livestream seller or authorized team member uploading and analyzing your own store's order exports, shipment records, and video recordings.

• Permitted Use: Whatnot Audit is provided for post-show fulfillment verification, carrier scan reconciliation, internal accounting, and dispute evidence organization.
• Authorized Data Sources Only: You may only upload CSV exports, API tokens, or video files that you own or are legally authorized to process. Automated scraping, browser-session harvesting, or unauthorized access to third-party accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Evidentiary Integrity: While Whatnot Audit computes SHA-256 digests and preserves unmodified original frames alongside 2× magnified derivatives, alignment indicators (`ok`, `payment_lag`, `mismatch`, `unverified`) are analytical aids and do not constitute legal certification.

2. Privacy Policy & Tenant Data Isolation

We treat your store's order history, buyer usernames, tracking numbers, and video recordings as strictly confidential tenant-owned data.

• Strict Multi-Tenant Isolation: Every database row and storage object is scoped to your organization's `tenant_id` and protected by Row Level Security (RLS). Your data is never visible to other sellers, never pooled into cross-seller marketing databases, and never sold to third parties.
• Zero Default Superadmin Access to Buyer PII: Platform operators only view aggregate operational metrics (subscription status, job queue health, quota usage). Platform support staff cannot view your orders or evidence unless an Organization Owner explicitly grants a time-limited, read-only support pass, which is recorded in your Audit Log and can be revoked at any time.
• Right to Disconnect & Purge: Organization Owners may revoke connected API credentials and permanently delete all tenant orders, shipments, investigations, and cached video evidence at any time from Settings → Integrations & Privacy.

3. Subscription, Billing & Cancellation Policy

• 14-Day Free Trial: New seller organizations receive a 14-day trial on Starter ($39/mo), Pro ($99/mo), or Business ($249/mo) plans.
• Self-Service Changes & Cancellation: Organization Owners can upgrade, downgrade, switch between monthly and annual billing, or cancel at any time via Settings → Billing.
• Grace Period & Data Export Guarantee: If a renewal payment fails, the workspace enters a 7-day `past_due` grace period. Even after cancellation or quota exhaustion, read and CSV export access remains available so you can always retrieve your records before deletion.
